Launched in 2006 by Tom Ford and composed by David Apel and Pierre Negrin, Black Orchid (Eau de Parfum) opens with black truffle, blackcurrant, ylang-ylang and bergamot, turns to black orchid, floral notes, fruity notes and lotus wood at the heart and dries down to balsam, frankincense, patchouli and sandalwood. Its main accords are floral, oriental, sweet, spicy and woody.
