Launched in 2023 by Zoologist and composed by Luca Maffei, Harvest Mouse opens with roman chamomile, clove, orange blossom and bergamot, turns to beer CO2, hay absolute, benzoin and davana at the heart and dries down to peru balsam, vanilla, sandalwood and cedarwood. Its main accords are sweet, spicy, resinous, woody and gourmand.
