Launched in 1989 by Ralph Lauren and composed by Dominique Ropion, Safari (Parfum) opens with galbanum, aldehydes, hyacinth and pot marigold, turns to narcissus, orange blossom, jasmine and lily of the valley at the heart and dries down to moss, amber, cedar and patchouli. Its main accords are floral, chypre, woody, spicy and sweet.
