Launched in 1998 by Pino Silvestre, Extreme opens with cardamom, coriander, lime and pepper, turns to cedarwood, lavender, sandalwood and jasmine at the heart and dries down to maté, musk and Tonka bean. Its main accords are green, citrus, spicy, fruity and fresh.
