Launched in 2022 by Kinetic Perfumes and composed by Christian Carbonnel a.k.a. Chris Maurice, Kayu opens with Italian mandarin orange, rosemary and vanilla, turns to gaiac wood, Virginia cedar and omani frankincense at the heart and dries down to Tonka bean, musk, powdery notes and laotian oud. Its main accords are woody, sweet, spicy, powdery and citrus.
