Launched in 1982 by Karl Lagerfeld and composed by Roger Pellégrino, KL (Parfum) opens with spices, aldehydes, orange and bergamot, turns to cinnamon, clove, pimento and rose at the heart and dries down to ambergris, benzoin, patchouli and sandalwood. Its main accords are oriental, spicy, animal, resinous and floral.
