Bittersweet Symphony
Launched in 2015 by House of Matriarch and composed by Christi Meshell, Bittersweet Symphony opens with dong quai, gentian, henna and vervain, turns to black tea, cistus, cocoa and green tea at the heart and dries down to oud, charred oak, dragon's blood and hyraceum. Its main accords are smoky, spicy, resinous, woody and animal.
