Launched in 1992 by Giorgio Armani and composed by Françoise Caron, Giò (Parfum) opens with hyacinth, jasmine, violet and bergamot, turns to lily of the valley, ylang-ylang, white blossoms and orange blossom at the heart and dries down to cedar, musk, styrax and amber. Its main accords are floral, fruity, animal, spicy and chypre.
