Launched in 2021 by Dolce & Gabbana and composed by Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Velvet Black Patchouli opens with Indian papyrus, davana and tarocco orange, turns to coriander seed, tobacco, clary sage and musk at the heart and dries down to patchouli, caramel, Spanish labdanum and vanilla. Its main accords are spicy, sweet, oriental, gourmand and woody.
