Launched in 2017 by Dolce & Gabbana and composed by Frank Voelkl, Velvet Amber Sun opens with cinnamon, coriander, bergamot and pepper, turns to vanilla, ylang-ylang and smoky notes at the heart and dries down to frankincense, amber, Australian sandalwood and patchouli. Its main accords are sweet, woody, oriental, smoky and resinous.
