Bois des Îles
Launched in 1926 by Chanel and composed by Ernest Beaux, Bois des Îles (Parfum) opens with aldehydes, peach, bergamot and coriander, turns to jasmine, orris root, rose and ylang-ylang at the heart and dries down to sandalwood, amber, musk and Tonka bean. Its main accords are woody, floral, spicy, powdery and resinous.
