Black Calamus
Launched in 2016 by Carner and composed by Rodrigo Flores-Roux, Black Calamus opens with Indian calamus, malabar pepper, Moroccan coriander seed and Egyptian papyrus, turns to Spanish cistus, Spanish labdanum, osmanthus absolute and Turkish rose absolute at the heart and dries down to omani frankincense, Mexican vanilla, Spanish prickly pear and oud. Its main accords are woody, spicy, resinous, smoky and oriental.
